Details: This Spanish restaurant serves some of the freshest, tastiest tapas in Washington and the octopus ink paella is said to be better than any you'll ever taste. The decor is festive, colorful, and very, very European. With the live music, interior columns, and winding staircase that leads to the second floor, you feel like you're in Madrid. The atmosphere is lively, even during the off-peak hours of the afternoon
