Sony VAIO GRX690 PC Notebook

Pros: Memory Stick compatibility
Cons: Expensive to repair displays tend to go black.

My brother-in-law and I got the same model on the same date. We use it in two different cities. Coincidentally, both of our displays went black with three days of difference one week after the warranty expired. According to Sony Customer Support (which is terrible) fixing it would cost us $1,400. Might as well buy a new computer from another maker.

Loaded with the most requirements I needed, large enought for me to be able to do my presentation even without the projector, the additional extra battery is a very helpful item for me to be able to work with long hours while traveling.

Great in every way except the keyboard. I returned mine because of it. How could Sony use such a cheap, noisey, hard, junky keyboard. It feels like the type of keyboard one would find on a cheap desktop.
