Pros: Very smooth and warm sound.
Cons: Static noise when switching between sources, Peak noise through rca outputs.
Excuse my bad english writing, my first language is french.

I really care about the quality of sounding for any audio product I buy. So I decided to bring my main speakers to the store that have up-market receivers. There, I tried my speakers...

NAD T751 is a great product and excellent value
by pkc-1967 ,Mar 13 '04
Pros: Warm sound, great imaging, lots of power
Cons: None
I bought the NAD T751 on ebay for $330 US. A great deal. I also own a Harman Kardon AVR 20 Mk II (50 w x 5). This NAD is simply way better than the HK. Much warmer and more detailed sound. The soundstage was breathtaking in all modes, and there was a fine balance and fluidity to the image. The HK is harsh by comparison.

I run Mission 770 Freedom ('89) mains; Wharfedale Diamond 8 rears, and an Energy CR1 centre. BTW, bought all 5 speakers on ebay for $380 US; if you buy wisely, you save hundreds.

The weak link in this system is the Sony DVD/CD player. Time to upgrade.

I have also owned a NAD 3020 amp; Denon PMA-520 amp; SAE amp; Rotel amp. This NAD is by far the best sounding amp I have ever owned. Find one now, preferably used and refurbished [some have transformer problems]with a NEW HTR-1 remote.

Wow! I sold my NAD...
by specboy_dt3000 ,Nov 20 '02
Wow! I sold my NAD AV716 pro logic reciever to buy this amp. As good as the 716 was at audio, the T751 was a step above. I have 6 ohm 87db/wm (low on the efficiency scale)Mirage bi-polar speakers. The NAD made them sing! Gobs of power and precice steering. I expected no less from NAD. The price at under $700 was unexpected for this beauty. Low on unnecessary features and high on quality, i remain impressed and a customer for life. I would recommend this amp to ANYONE!! This model doesn't have component vid switching, but i would run the video direct to the monitor anyways.
