No range on this mouse at all. DO NOT BUY. by justind1a ,Oct 05 '04
Pros: looks nice, fits my hand, firm clicking Cons: absolutely no range to it at all which makes having a wireless pointless
The main reason I purchased an optical, wireless mouse is so I could use it away from the computer desk. That's just not possible with this at all. It does not work more than two or so feet away from the sensor. That's pathetic and makes having a wireless mouse pretty pointless. This came with a wireless keyboard that has just as little range. Don't recommend either one.
Pros: Easy install,
Nice Design,
Good Price, Cons: Bad Wireless Technology,
Battery Usage,
No Tech Support
Bad Ergonamics
I bought this mouse about a month ago and have had nothing but trouble since. To begin the mouse skips, jitters and zips to the top left hand side of the screen about every few minutes, and is really frustrating for gaming. ( especially shooter games) Also, if you have medium to large hands this mouse is not for you. I have medium sized hands and I have trouble using the side buttons to navigate the Internet and game. But my chief complaint has to be the battery usage. This mouse will eat at least four AA batteries a month...and that's a promise. Also You will get no assistance from Micro Innovations with this mouse. The knowledge base is strictly for higher end mice. and there is no one to call for assistance.
