Dr. Bott ExtendAIR Omni (9141-QUSO)

Pros: Looks nice.
Cons: DOES NOT EXTEND RANGE

I have tested every way possible and I do not see an increase in range from the Dr Bott OMNI Antenna ...

Pros: Does work, but does require environmental variables be tested! Know your house!
Cons: Had a bad one out of the box, but had great customer service

After reading the above review, I have to state that this is his opinion. The one I have gave me extra range and gave me higher throughput further from my extreme. I had to go through a defective antenna to get one that works, so maybe the previous writer got a bad one.
The other thing is that environment plays a BIG role in this. In my older house with an original base station, I couldn't get out of my basement office with the stock antenna and had to retrofit it with a lucent to get to the first floor. My current setup works fine to the 2nd floor.

Pros: Looks nice.
Cons: Takes up space and DOES NOT WORK.

This is by far the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. I was conned by the 'Best in Show' rating given by MacWorld. I wish that I would have listened to my friends who had the same experience. This is a terrible terrible product. IT DOES NOT WORK!
