It Had a Lot of Promise, but Just Couldn't Deliver

Pros: nice menu interface
Cons: boring, too difficult
I really wanted to like Cybermercs. I was very excited when I found it--a SciFi RPG with a violence level like a FPS. I had visions of a blend of Quake and Final Fantasy, with a smidgen of "Alien" (the movie) added for spice.

Pros: With relatively good graphics, sound, and gameplay, Cybermercs provides an entertaining and solid gaming experience.
Cons: Other games do what Cybermercs does, only much better. Also, the dreadfully poor documentation is a serious point of aggravation.
I imagine that RPG game developers are a frustrated bunch right now. Its been about two years since Blizzard's masterpiece Diablo hit the gaming scene, and still no one has been able to touch it. How is one supposed to stay a creative genius when such a...
