Pioneer CDX-P680 6-Disc CD Changer

Pros: Old Version of Pioneer CD changer with propriatary bus interface.
Cons: Won't Read MP3 Disks? Are you kidding?

Pioneer and Pioneer/Premier do not produce am MP3 compatable car audio CD Changer, Although Alpine, JVC, Sony and even little guys like Verge do...
And it's not like you can just plug another Mfr's unit into the IP bus system, not at least without having to have another remote, or losing the id tag ability... So what's a Pioneer Customer supposed to do? Become a Sony customer?? I think I'll Return my DEH-P8600MP and 920XM tuner, and go start over with Alpine stuff...

Pros: Very affordable, it's a Pioneer.
Cons: Only compatible with Pioneer head units with CD changer controls.

I have this unit mounted in the trunk of my Sonata and it sounds great. It is very affordable and is CD text compatible. It doesn't skip and it changes discs very smoothly. BUY IT! Just make sure your head unit is a Pioneer with CD changer controls.
