Pros: Works, Interface Cons: None
Lidar guns are the most feared tool that it's use by traffic law enforcement. Lidar guns unlike radar guns use a laser to clock your vehicle. This means that a detector won't be able to pick it up until it's too late. Whether you're using a cheapo Radio S ...

Pros: Gives you plenty of advance warning to check your speed Cons: If you decide to install it yourself, it can be difficult
Love it, love it, love it! Lead-footed gadget geeks dream. When I heard about this anti-laser device coming out I was interested. When I found out that it was Bel (a quality company) that was distributing it, I knew it was for real, unlike those crazy...

BEL LaserPro 904 -- WOW!!!
by rschilder01 ,Mar 16 '04
Pros: Affordable, Easy-install, Excellent display, DISARM button Cons: None. (just make sure you have room to install the front units before purchasing)
This product is great. After reading plenty of reviews and field tests it was down to the BEL or the Escort Laser Jammers. I installed the system in my 2000 Corolla by myself in about an hour. Since I know plenty of police officers I asked if they would help me test it out (since it's not illegal in my state). The laser gun they were using couldn't get a lock on my car at any distance, going towards or away from them. It also detected/jammed the laser signal in every test run i made (around 7 times front and back). My Escort Passport 8500 (which i love) only picked up the laser twice. It also saved me a costly ticket on the freeway when a speed trap was set up. The cop was across the divided highway, on the entrance ramp hiding behind a barricade. If I didn't have the LaserPro I know I would've been cited. Anyway, I love this thing and I don't feel safe driving without it.
