Great PowerBook G4, 12", Still Working
by biojoe1963 ,Feb 19 '08
Pros: Lightweight, nice screen, smallest notebook ever, descent internet use, and great internet wireless access!!!! Cons: Bottom underside gets superhot, (103F). I've used mine for 4hrs & no overheating.
This was a hand me down notebook, no upgrades and works fine. The internet is a little slow, but definetly faster than 56k modem. The Airport card works great. No problems whatsoever with this PC. I'm about to upgrade the memory to 1024GB and possibly the Airport card with a USB type plug-in with an antenna. I have no problems or complaints with this PC. This was a hand me down since, I bought my son a new imac notebook. So far the notebook is on its 5th yr. and still working fine.
