Pros: Big Buttons (its for hard of hearing, not vision impared!)
Cons: When the battery goes out the phone is useless.
I bought this phone (at a higher price than listed, I must add) for my husband whom is hard of hearing. At first we were impressed, but we didn't expect much.
The "amplify" button does very little. Yes, it amplifies, but almost at un-audible level.
And, get this, the phone is plugged into the wall, right, but it uses the 9-volt battery power to amplify the handset. So I'm replacing the 9-volt battery about every 3 weeks!!! This was such a waste - and we bought two! We mail ordered them through a "hard of hearing" business and cannot return them. Live and learn. But please, learn through my mistake! Be sure that the amplifier in any HoH phone is powered by the corded to the wall!!
