I have been insured by NJM for about 35 years. Over that time we have had about 4-5 accidents (4 daughters were insured). In every instance they responded very quickly, professionally and with courtesy.

The body shops they recommend are fantastic. Top notch quality.

Totally pleased.

Their rates are also great.

I know some don't like the fact that they give you so many options, but I like the idea of tailoring the policy to serve my needs. I also like the high levels of coverage.

This company is the worst. My family has four cars with a few tickets on our record and they wanted to charge us 15,000 dollars and change for the year. We took it over to State Farm a week later, they're charging us 5,000 and change. That's a difference of 10,000 dollars for those who can't count. The representative at State Farm almost fell out of his chair when he saw how much New Jersey Manufacturers wanted to charge us. He thought he was giving us an expensive quote at 5,000 dollars. They compared all of their insurance features to NJM, there were no differences in the features of filed claims. Flood damage, collision, etc.. everything was covered with State Farm. I could buy another car with 10,000 dollars. I could pay rent in a New Jersey apartment for a year with 10,000 dollars. I want to punch someone in the throat.
