I opened an account with Citizens bank early last year, as a result of a move.

I found no comfort in banking with Citizens, between being issued incorrect, or incomplete receipts for my transactions, and dealing with stone-cold impersonal types, I just had to look elsewhere.


It might have just been an issue with that branch, but I've been steering people away from them ever since I left.
