PopShots Vs My Regular Polaroid

by bdbaman , Dec 29 '00
Pros: Smaller than my regular Polaroid camera and easy to use.
Cons: Cost more than replacement film for my regular Polaroid camera.
A couple of months ago I received a Polaroid PopShots as a thank you gift.

What is a Polaroid PopShots?

It seems that the PopShots is Polaroid’s answer to the throw away came craze that a lot of people like to buy these days....

Save your money for something else

by Quietdrummer , Aug 28 '00
Pros: Instant pictures, easily recycled camera, and easy to use
Cons: bulky shape, costly , poor pictures.
I bought this camera for a real emergency ...otherwise, I would not have bought it for the ridiculous price of $19.99 without tax. It was pretty easy to use, being that there is a detailed explanation of how to use the camera both on the camera itself...

Very handy in pinch situations

by boden11 Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Jul 19 '00
Pros: Instant pictures, disposable camera, flash included
Cons: Only 10 pictures, large camera, kind of expensive
I first saw the Polaroid Pop-Shot in 7-11 as a worker was setting up a new display for this recent twist on Polaroid cameras. Due to depressing sales a few years back, Polaroid has decided to aim for the younger (16-29 years) audience with a few new...

by Candice923 Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Jul 19 '00
Pros: Convenient and fast pictures
Cons: Poor quality; Small; Expensive
This past November, I was selected to take part in a survey. For the survey, I had to take pictures of certain aspects of my life. Rather than having me spend money, the survey company sent me the Polaroid Popshots disposable camera.

Fairly Decent but Should Be Better for the Expense

by chrissymat , Jul 05 '00
Pros: average, takes photos that you get right away
Cons: expensive, basic
I tried this out this past weekend, wanting a Polaroid for reasons of time and inconvenience involved in getting photos developed. It worked OK, but you get ten exposures only for the $20 purchase.

If you're a novice photographer, you might...

Pros: instant pictures, recycling feature
Cons: price, quality of pictures not the best, abit hard to learn usage of it.
Being due to deliver a baby soon, I wanted to have instant pictures on hand to scan off on our computer. And, I wanted for my oldest daughter, who is away, to have a picture of her new sibling.
I scanned the shelves of Walmart & found the...

I want to Pop the maker of this!

by IntuitionGRL , Jun 14 '00
Pros: none
Cons: exspensive rip off
This camera was a WASTE OF TIME! I figured since it was polaroid it would be good, and I could get pictures quick to scan! Boy was I in for it! It gives you if I am correct 12 photos but no "REAL" directions! The photos are the size of your...

One time use with a bonus

by acodega , Nov 20 '99
Pros: Instant picture, ease of use.
Cons: Camera is somewhat large, no carrying strap, expensive, smaller photo, less exposures.
We've all seen one time use cameras, there pocketable, easy to use, cheap, and all the rage on vacations and at parties. But now Polaroid has added the bonus of instant pictures. Just like a real Polaroid camera, you take your picture and get an instant...
