Piece of trash!

by zeebo17 , Jan 31 '01
Pros: cheap
Cons: poor quality pictures, bad memory
I'm very sorry that I got this camera for $200 last year... I feel I was ripped off big time. I needed a digital camera and I wasn't going for professional quality at the time, so I paid the price.

It is hardly user-friendly, which it claims...

Casio QV10A

by Q2you , Aug 31 '00
Pros: Exceptionally easy to use.
Cons: Low resolution; Casio is non-responsive.
I asked Santa for a digital camera for Christmas. Santa is not particularly savvy about digital cameras. But I received the CasioQV10A and was happy to have *any* kind of digital camera.

So now I have had several months of using the camera...

Great Price, Poor Quality.

by st13 , Jan 15 '00
Pros: Well Built, Easy to use, Good Software.
Cons: Poor Picture Resolution, No Additional Picture Storage Capacity.
This is the second Digital Camera that I own and to be quite honest, the only reason why I bought it was because a friend needed the money and sold it to me cheap. The QV-10A was one of the first Digital Cameras that made it out on the market that was...

The Leader That Now Follows

by WSDjfc , Jan 25 '00
Pros: Compact Size and Weight, Easy To Use, User Friendly Software
Cons: Poor Quality Switches, Fixed Lens, In Camera Storage Media, Pixel Density
In the beginning, say around 1995, Casio was one of three companies I found to have a reasonably affordable digital camera on the market. Kodak and one other company, which I can't recall, had products which I looked and considered purchasing. At that...

More of a toy than a real camera

by Cosine , Dec 10 '00
Pros: price
Cons: quality
I picked one of these up for $30 used and am glad I didn't pay much more for it. In ideal light conditions with no movement the photos are acceptable for email and such, otherwise they look pretty bad.

I like the camera's LCD, nice and useful,...

THE Camera for eBay & other Auction Sellers!

by mppsnwempe , Dec 18 '99
Pros: Lots of photos, easy to use, cheap!
Cons: Bad battery life, plug location
I've gone through about a dozen digital cameras over the last few years. Everything from a top-of-the-line Mavica to some real junk. If you are primarily interested in getting medium resolution photos that are EASY to take, accurate, EASY to...

Excellent for Beginners

by Volcomgal , Dec 05 '00
Pros: Holds 90+ images, Compatible with PC and Mac formats
Cons: No Zoom
I purchased Casio's QV10A digital camera as a first time digital camera user and found that it was excellent for learning how to use a digital. I purchased the camera at an auction well below the $500 price listed. I often used the digital to take...

Don't do it.

by skyfire97 , Nov 29 '00
Pros: never used it don't know
Cons: Company doesn't support their product!
I bought one about a year ago. When I got it it was defective. There was a piece missing inside the battery compartment. I tried calling Casio to get it replaced since it arrived defective. First off they had no 800 number or if they did it never...
