Pros: It works! Cons: Size, no key ring, the oblong size becomes annoying in pocket.
I bought a 128meg Micro Vault about 5 months ago, this is a great storage device. I just wish the micro vault was smaller in size and you could possibly attach it to your king ring (if you're thinking about Lexar's JumpDrive, read my review of it).
