Pros: Product was easy to use and worked fine for 100 days.
Cons: Warranty for product short.

This product worked fine until 10 days after the 90-day warranty expired. Customer service said the drive was defected but it was out of warranty. Nothing they could do, and was told to contact a data recovery company to retrieve any data stored on the drive. Will purchase another brand with a better warranty as a replacement.
