Poor Performer

Pros: Easy Installation.
Cons: Slow. Slow. Slow. Software Unstable. No manual.

Had it 1 1/2 years. NEVER have been able to copy AND print document. Owner,s manual of little value. Have sent request for more written material to no avail.
