Pros: Exceptional Sound Quality Reproduction - 5 Piece Total System Cons: No CD-R, CD-RW, or MP3 support, and can be consider bulky
Looking at home theater systems can become frustrating and confusing. I should know, I used to be looking for that perfect replication of the "cinematic" experience. Luckily for me, I am now an employee of Sears in the electronics department.

Pros: Superior audio and video performance. Well worth the cost. Cons: No frame-by-frame. Lacks CDR/CDRW/MP3 support and component output.
I’ve experienced the Sony SAVA 500 and SAVA 700 series speaker systems and all performed outstandingly. The SAVA D900 takes the system to the next level. With the D900 comes a built-in DVD player/decoder and a reconfigured sub-woofer. This system may...
Pros: Musical Large soundstage Detailed Exciting Audio transitions perfectly Nice looking Cons: Price CD/DVD nothing but trouble Lose the remote, you're screwed Not ideal for large rooms
Anyone can live with these. A versatile speaker system great on music a little laid back for high impact theater but gets the job done. I've owned much louder, expensive speakers that didn't bring the enjoyment these speakers have to ...
Pros: all in one system. Cons: a bit big, sound quality not too good.
Why the SAVAD900?
I was in the market for a audio system and dvd player for my room. Since i have access to the Sony employee store, i began looking for a system from Sony. Sony makes alot of different kinds of audio systems. The systems that...
Pros: Great Sound, Uncluttered and compact. Very nice looking. Cons: Special main Speaker cables should be longer.
This is my first home theater system. I just did a garage conversion to a laundry room/theater room and had a 13' x 21' space to fill. I wanted a clean look without all the separate components. I my opinion, this system definitely leads the pack in...
Pros: Compact design, features, SOUND, looks pretty damn cool Cons: Some (easily worked around) function quirks, caused me to totally redecorate my living room!
Well Well Well...
Yet another Sony Product has found it's way into my heart. Just like my Digital Camcorder, I stumbled across this little gem quite by accident, while walking through the local Sears. There it was, flanking a Hitachi HDTV....
Sony Delivered on this one!!!!! by kuntonya ,Mar 09 '05
Pros: Unique designed, Space saver, Great Sound. Cons: It does not play rewritable CD or DVDs
When watching a movie, You feel like you are in real theater, I have tried to pass it on to my children in their play room because I have bought another high end system, but I find myself in their room watching movies because I just love the sound. SONY REALLY DELIVERED ON THIS ONE!!!!
Pros: Style, sound, great conversation piece, did I say sound? Cons: Very heavy, DVD player wearing out after 8 years (to be expected)
This was the very first surround system I have ever bought. It was back in junior high when i t first came out. I have moved several times since then lugging this huge thing with me but it is all too worth it! The sound is unmatched...my friends get their new hd systems but all love mine more than theirs! I still find myself 8 years later gawking at it is if it were still new. I really dont want to ever get rid of it but now when I play DVD's they skip at the last 3/4 of the movie and I have to take it out and reload it to watch the end. Unfortunately this leads me to either selling this amazing beauty or placing it unfairly in my garage and not doing it near the justice it deserves:(
