Cons: Hard to set up initial settings, bright display at night.

I've had this head unit for about 2 years now. At first I had to get used to Pioneer's "differnt" tuning features. Setting up the high pass, low pass filter settings are a little tricky at first. There are no simple general "bass" and "trebble" ...

Pros: Aesthetics, Options, Controls, Sound Quality
Cons: No ATT on dash, warrants more use of remote than unit itself

I first bought the 4700 model Pioneer cd player which was a great unit. But doing further research I found a great price on this unit for not too much more than I had paid for the other model. The graphics are a nice touch and the remote control has 0-10 digits for specific skipping around on MP3 cd's.

Pros: More features that are needed.
Cons: The display is so bright it is almost distracting.

Purchased this stereo on the web for a low price. The stereo has just about every option need for controlling a high end car audio install. There are many features that I am not using. This CD deck is sending signal to a 4 channel amp powering 2 way 6.5" speakers in the rear and 6.5" speakers in front. Signal is clean. The one draw back I find is night driving. The display is so bright it is almost distracting and hard to see the road from glare.

Pros: Custom EQ's, LCD, Ease of use!!
Cons: NADA

This CD player is the best one I have ever Had...

I have had many of them in my life, this one has all the features you could want.

Custom EQ settings, Entertainment ON SCREEN, Phone mute, its IPOD ready, XM ready..

I mean what else can you ask for.!!
