Pros: Nice fluffy top, but don't ever wash it!
Cons: Nice if you never have to wash it!

I thought maybe it was me - on Overstock.com this item has 4 and 5 star ratings but then I noticed it says "selected reviews". My one star review does not appear. I had the same experience as glory1. I purchased this to protect my Tempurpedic mattress. After the first washing the elastic sides, which hold it to the mattress, became brittle and cracked. Overstock.com just told me how lucky I was to have gotten such a great price on the mattress pad. Naturally they wouldn't take it back but when I asked how to contact the manufacturer they couldn't even give me that information. Do you suppose they really don't know from where THEY bought it??? They told me the manufacturer is National Sleep Products but I can find no such manufacturer on the internet nor can I find the same product from any other retailer.

Pros: Sorry, there are no pros
Cons: This product is very inferior and Also, Overstock.com has almost a non returnable policy.

We purchased this pad as an effort to recoup some of our money that was paid for a double order that Overstock.com would not reimburse us for. In fact they charged us a restocking fee for their mistake.
After washing the pad in cold water on delicate cycle it began falling apart and turned black in some places.
Since it was past the 20 day return policy of Overstock we are stuck with a useless product.
If you purchase one, Lots of Luck!! You will need it!!!
