Defective product

Pros: none Cons: Bad customer service from the bedwetting store.
We bought this product for my daughter and it stopped working. We are going through 3 batteries every few days but see progress so we do not want to stop, but need a new product. They are not standing behind their product and have told me they do not give refunds on this used product. I want to buy one from another company. Very dissatisfied. We have had it two weeks. How an you tell it works if you don't use it..it then becomes a used product.
