My family and I have been to the Gritti 3 times and love is not the word. The hotel just hits every note! From the welcome at the front desk and the concierge that can do just about anything to the rooms and the history behind them this is one place you don't want to leave...ever! Excellent location, great restaurant and always helpful staff make this place the tops.

I visited Italy over the holidays last year. It was a wonderful experience, partially because of the wonderful accommodations at this hotel. Rates weren't bad. Plus, the staff was helpful as I was trying to venture out to various sites. If I visit again, I would certainly consider staying here again.
