Pros: Low price, adequate performance for speech and no-bass-demanding effects Cons: Lack of bass and midrange, short warranty, "thin" sound, poor music performance

OK for super cheep speakers - but I recommend spending more

Pros: Cheap price, they look cool as well Cons: Poor sound quality
Buzzing (white sound) that will not go away
I purchased the 5 speaker, with subwoofer combo. I learned, you get what you pay for. If the music or movies sound is loud, then the speakers are fine. The big problem is that their is a continual buzzing (white sound) that comes out of the speakers. To make sure it was not a problem with my amp- I hooked up my Bose bookshelf and their was no buzzing or white sound. They are good for someone who has no budget, but if you can, spend more on some quality speakers! I plan on swapping mine out as soon as I have the money.
