Pros: Laser quality text, fairly fast and quiet. Cons: Paper jams with less than 25 sheets loaded. Black and white printing only.
Overview: If you have one of these printers, chances are you bought it either used or refurbished. I seriously doubt there are any new ones left in any warehouses since this printer was originally introduced in September of 1995 and discontinued ...
Pros: speed, quality, cost, low maintenance Cons: see review about power requirements...

This printer is a great! I couldn't have asked for anything better for crisp black and white text and graphics.
I bought this printer from an on-line printer website. The 4 pages per minute is a little slow but it is pretty good for $85.00. The toner was only $35.00 with the discount! The price of 1 ink cartriage for an inkjet printer. I have Windows XP on my laptop. It works great on that operating system!
The bottom line: I would reccomend this printer to ANYBODY!!
Pros: Small footprint, good print quality sometimes. Cons: Grabs 10-15 pages at a time, every time.
Decent printer at first. After a few months, the well-documented multiple-page-grab problem manifested itself. Now that the resale value is below $25.00, and we don't have a boat, we tossed it away. A $600.00 write-off. Thanks HP.
