It doesn't do everything, but what it does, it does well.

Pros: durable, toner cartridges last a long time, does what it claims to well
Cons: doesn't print in color, not network-ready

Pros: Long life. Easy to use.
Cons: Big, quite a few paper jams, terrible hardware support.
I have used this printer at work for 6 months. I has had a life of about 7000 prints in about 2 years.
