Pros: Great massages in bed, well that's a good thing! Cons: can be pricey
Update: We are still enjoying our bed! I flip the mattress often to give us constant support and to help preserve them. I sleep well at night and the masasage still works well on my back, legs and neck. This bed is the way to go in my book. ...
Pros: Comfortable, conducive to getting good rest, helpful for edema conditions. Cons: VERY expensive, high pressure sales pitch by the salesmen who sell these products.
Ever see those Craftmatic adjustable bed ads on TV? You know, the ones where you see happy, well rested people telling you that you can watch TV, eat, read, use your laptop, and do just about everything else from the comfort of your bed? With a tendency...
Pros:Craftmatic Model 1 Mattress gave me my first decent night sleep in a year. Cons: If I were to buy this bed I would probably have to eat it.
This past weekend I had the pleasure of spending Easter Weekend at my sister Karen’s house. She recently married this Gynecologist Doctor she has been seeing for awhile. This guy has more money than he could spend in three lifetimes. They just moved...
Pros: No more pain in my back or legs. Complete sleep comfort. Cons: I want to stay in bed all of the time.
Since entering my 50's, deep, all night sleep has become rare. My back is constantly sore from playing hard at sports for decades and my legs have near constant pain as a result of poor circulation. My feet are always cold it seems. A surgeon, who is...
Craftmatic: the best bed in the world. Or so they claim in their brochures.
Actually, the quality is worse than the cheapest of all cheap foam mattresses. After-sales care: non-existent. Cost: exorbitant -- even after the "special price" the...

i recently purchased a craftmatic bed, and it has been one of the best things that i have ever done for myself....i am sleeping better than i have in several years.....when i wake up in the morning, i feel more refreshed than ever....i feel that i am...
Pros: The bed is functional. It will do what
the sells person said it would do Cons: Not worth the money you are asked to pay.
Trail period should be longer.
This bed is okay, however it is not worth the asking price.
I paid, for what ever reason, 4339.00 for my Queen size
There is no Heat, which for the money paid should have
included the heated mattress cover. As a heart patient I
found...
Pros: Great for acid reflux, aches and pains of aging and leg and circulation problems. Cons: It is expensive. Heavy to move.
We have owned a Craftmatic bed for 18 years and love it! We actually got it when I was pregnant and having very bad heartburn and swelling of the ankles. It was great to be able to sit in bed at the end of the day and put the head and feet up and watch ...
Pros: The various positions and massage option sounded wonderful! Cons: After canceling our order by email, Craftmatic phoned me -- not a pleasant experience!
We contracted to purchase a Model I bed, but cancelled our contract after speaking with my physical therapist, who said sleeping with my feet up in the air was not good at all for my back, but if all I wanted it for was the massage option, that was fine. ...
Pros: Good mechanism Cons: Mattresses fail quickly, Craftmatic will not honor warranty.
I bought a King Size XL Craftmatic bed 14 months ago. This is actually made up of two XL twin beds, which fit in my bedframe nicely. The mechanism has performed well, the vibrator is fine. I am single, and sleep on one side. On flipping the mattress, ...
No after sale support. - HORRIFIC!!! by margea60714 ,Feb 16 '06
Pros: I only lost $4,000, so the loss ids limited although not acceptable. Cons: Rotten mattress - noisy massager - noisy adjustable bed. Horrific purchase.
I purchased the bed because I have acid reflux. When the bed came I was thrilled. After the first night my back was aching. After several nights my back kept getting worse. I tried talking to the salesman who assured me he good do something to our mutual satisfaction. After putting me off for over a month, he tells me to call the main office and voice my dissatisfaction. They do not have a clue what the word customer service means nor do they know how to speak in civil tones. I called the salesman with this he again tells me to wait until the man in charge comes back from a cruise. Bottom line $1,800 more to get a different mattress that I'm not sure is any better than the 1st. I finally went out and bought a different mattress. The message feature vibrates all through my house. Raising or lowering your head or feet is very NOISY!!
Pros: The idea of having a good night sleep.... Cons: except it's not!!
Everything about the company, the bed is awful. I called them to return the bed. They wouldn't accept it. The bed is worth $2,500 plus.....They know nothing about customer service. They are rude & they're pushy. They can keep the $100 I just want the bed out of my house. After talking to them for hours & hours I am now convinced to take them to court & go on consumer report. What ever happened to "customers are always right"?? These people are the unbelievable!! They will trick you, they will harass you. So be careful and watch out for these people.....they will push people around who are retired & 55 yrs. old & above. Unacceptable & I will see them in court!
Pros: The number of features is impressive. Cons: POOR SERVICE SATISFACTION AND NO MONEY BACK POLICY!
The craftmatic bed is not available for actual trial use and therefore not available for scrutiny. When the bed is delivered, it's yours forever, according to the salesperson. The company in Massachusetts is not available to fix any problem at the customers convenience. I had heard of Craftmatic and presumed I was dealing with a 'class' act, but I was wrong. I have not dealt with a company for a very long time that does not have a satisfaction quarantee and Craftmatic does not have such a policy. I've 'made' my bed and so now I get to lie in it forever, inspite of the back pain and shoddy workmanship.
Shame on you.
Pros: Mechanism works as advertised. Massage for legs is works well. Cons: You need to sleep in the middle to keep from rolling off the sagging sides.
What a sham...my most costly mistake ever! Within days of my purchase the mattress sagged - considerably. The selling point of relieving pressure from a "coil spring mattress" and "guaranteeing" the best night's sleep ever, was the furtherest thing from the truth. You can feel every piece of metal and machinery - it actually feels like my feet are sticking straight up in the air! If I had not been so desperate for an answer to my problem I would have put more thought into why they do not give you a chance to try the product. And to top it all off when customer service was contacted, the blame seemed to be all mine. Which I guess, getting taken in by the high pressure, condescending sales person was my own fault. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.
The end result - they'll replace the expensive mattress with one of those brutal coil mattresses. No money back, of course.
