We were given this swing as a present. It did not hold up very well. One heavy person sat on this swing, and the stitching that holds the canvas to the seat frame ripped. Now when you sit in it, you sink down. Also a strong wind came along and knocked it over ripping the canopy cover. It has been impossible to find a replacement cover. We only got one good summer out of it before it began to fall apart.

Pros: enjoyed by entire family.

I just called this number 1-800-892-4657 as suggested in another review. It is for Brown Jordan who manufactures this swing set. The customer service rep told me they no longer make ANY replacement cushions or pieces for this swing. I am also looking for a replacement cushion. My family enjoys this swing very much. We have had it for about 3 years and so far only the cushion is damaged. Good luck to anyone who can find any replacements!

I bought this swing about 3 years ago & really loved it. Also found out when the wind blows it will tip the swing over & tore the canopy multiple times. Almost need to take canopy off when not in use! Too much work! I called the number from my assembly instructions last year & they said they would send me a new canopy for about $40.00. Never did receive it. I am going to try again to order cushion & canopy again. The number is1-800-892-4657 Pacific Time 8-5. My daughter & I really love it otherwise!

I agree with the other reviews. The swing has held up with the hardware, however the cushions and canopy has seen better days even though it is only 3 years old. After much dismay with trying to clean the material, it has quickly faded and torn. Unfortunately with the wind storms that we have had in this area over the past month the canopy has been destroyed. Because I want to continue to use the swing, I am looking for replacement cushions and canopy. I can't find them ANYWHERE. I found a place on-line that will custom make the set but for around $225.00. That would be fine if I only knew if the hardware of the swing will last a few more years.

On visiting my daughter We decided to go shopping. I soon tired of shopping and found a three seat garden swing to sit in, shortly fell over and took a nap until they where through shopping. The next Christmas Lenora and her husband Mike brought me a swing exactly like the one I napped in. The cushion is worn and I can not find a replacement any where.

We purchased the swing and patio furniture at Wal-Mart in the spring of 2002. We had 4 years of use and it has weathered pretty good. We stored the entire set on our deck during the winter with covers and tarps as we have every yr since purchase. This spring upon opening it up to clean up for the coming season I found the cushions to be faded and worn. I would love to be able to find replacement cushions for the swing and the chairs. I found a replacement canopy 2 yrs ago when the wind caught the swing and turned it over while we had the swing in the yard for deck maintenance. I found the replacement via the internet but I have had no luck finding any replacements for the cushions this time. If anyone has information please post. It would be most appreciated.

We are having a lot of problems trying to find a replacement cushion and canopy for our swing.... mystjeff, could you give me the site url of the one that you said you found that would make it for around $225? If you could, i'll check into it and see.... it would be very well appreciated if you could!=). But other then the cushion and canopy being bad.... it's a great swing and my family loves it!

I've had this swing for four years, and I must say, it is the most comfortable swing I've ever sat in! It is large enough for 3, and it is comfortable enough to lie down on and take a nap. I live in the Seattle area, and the canopy and cushions have held up until this year, when the canopy developed tears and splits, and the cushions began to fall apart some and fade. I have kept it in a shady location, use a cover for the canopy in the winter, and store the cushions.

I'm beginning to think (especially after reading the other reviews) that it is impossible to find replacement cushions/canopy for this swing. The cost of custom made cushions/canopy is almost $200, which is what I spent for the swing. I checked Walmart.com with no luck in locating replacement parts. If anyone finds out how to get them, please write a review about it.

When i saw this swing, i fell in love with it. Now, 2 years later, the canopy has ripped from it falling over, the cushions have faded and they are also ripped. I've tried to find replacement cushions and a replacement canopy. no luck, can't find anything anywhere. I thought how am i gonna use my swing. I went to my local fabric shop and got material on the bargin table(paid $1.00per yard) and recovered the existing cushions. turned out pretty good, and a lot cheaper than buying a new swing.

I love this swing, it is a beautiful accent to our patio, however, I cannot find replacement cushions. I have been looking for two years. I refuse to pay over $200.00 for them because that is what I paid for the entire swing. Can anyone help?

I bought this set 3 years ago and the cushions faded and rotted after only 2 years even though it was stored in the winter months. The canopy tipped over ripping it on 2 different occasions. After repairing it the first time, it was in too poor condition the second time and unable to use. Have tried numerous times to get replacement cushion but have been told they are not to be replacement. I am very disappointed that I cannot use the swing at this time.
