A Rip OFF - do not rent

Pros: Did upgrade (same price) auto since they were out of what we reserved

Cons: 1-Hidden Fees. 2-Overbook, 3-Car dirty. 4-Had to wait in the heat. 5-Shuttle driver was rude

in Phoenix (Aug 2005), not only did Dollar have a HUGE line than we were made to wait in 105 deg. heat with a baby, they overbooked & were short cars. When we checked in, we were charged an addition hidden $100 in fees that were not disclosed. Most of the employees spoke very broken English & were hard to understand. We returned the car cleaner than when we rented it.
