Pros: Voices, media used, baddies!!!!!

Cons: Jesus was uninspiring in the production I saw

I actually went to see this last year in Manchester, England and thought it was fantastic in many ways. They had managed to include everything you could possibly want in a theatre production... the voices were absolutely brilliant, from the low barotone 'baddies' and wonderful voice of Mary... the only disappointment was unfortunately, Jesus. I think on the day we went he was played by an understudy and he was just uncharasmatic and didn't have any stage presence... also a little on the short side.

The point is really that we really enjoyed the show and I hold it as one as the best I have seen.... quite a feat really considering Jesus wasn't played to the best ability.
