NEVER AGAIN!!

I was never treated so rudely by anyone as I was by Spirit Airlines... our tickets were accidentally thrown away by the staff at the hotel we were staying at, and when I got to the Spirit check in at Las Vegas I was basically told there was nothing anyone could do! They actually left my husband and I at the counter WITH NO PLACE TO GO while THEY CLOSED! Never was I offered paperwork for a refund ticket, and everyone I talked to gave me different information... we spoke to people at the Las Vegas airport, we spoke to people in Detroit-- none of them agreed on Spirit's "policy" and we were left at the airport even though WE WERE IN THE COMPUTER to be on the flight. Out of all the people we spoke to, there was ONE person who was helpful and understanding (bless you, Rosemary!!)... everyone else acted as though we were nobodies-- not good service at all for a company who had over $600 of my money. I eventually had to buy new tickets at a cost of an additional $350 (not to mention the extra money for another hotel night and transportation on the ground-- about $500 in all). Spirit assures me they'll refund my money, but that it will take NINETY DAYS. Come on, they took MY money in a day, but it takes 90 to get it back? $#%@!!
The airplanes were old, dirty and very cramped... the return flight's crew were rude and it took forever for us to get off of the ground. Once in the air, we bounced around quite a bit (probably due to smaller and older aircraft; I've never had this problem on other airlines). All I can say is NEVER AGAIN will I fly with this airline. After this experience, I doubt I will even get on a plane.
