Frontier's Jet Express operation is far above the rest of regional airlines. The reason is Horizon Air! Horizon Air operates for Frontier using CRJ700 aircraft.
The Flight Deck and Cabin Crews were a cut above the rest because they were fun, energetic and showed a real sense of caring for everyone's needs.
For me, it makes a difference if the Flight Attendant greets you upon entering the plane, if the cabin crew makes clear and articulate announcements throughout the journey and the Flight Deck crew chimes in once in a while inflight or says, "Goodbye" as you leave the plane.
All of those expectations were met and exceeded for me on my most recent journey on Frontier Jet Express.
I would suggest if you have to fly to/from Denver that you look closely at your itinerary and check to see if you're on Frontier Jet Express operated by Horizon Air. You won't regret your choice!
