I fly a lot but luckily or unluckily (my company allows me to choose airlines and book my own flights). Continental is usually the cheapest which made me fly with them initially whenever possible. A few years ago, there were few choices on certain routes but now choices are even more abundant and pricing even more competitive.
Consistently horrendously rude people. Almost everyone from agent at ticket counter and even calls to customer service in the event of unexpected occurrences is as rude as can be. Basically so long as you never have a problem, then you will be fine.
I fly business class (and on some occasions first if business not available), and I dealt with this kind of poor service. Can't imagine otherwise. Lots of other choices folks. Independence (which serves Newark) and even Delta are certainly worth a try.
