Poor service, racist FAs, don't fly with them anymore

Pros: cheap
Cons: poor ground service, very rude FA, amazingly poor service, narrow seat, long lay over
The Bottom Line: Better fly with other airlines, CI cheap price isn't worthy at all

I've flown CI several times and had the same experience as Wilda did. Every time I flew to Indonesia with my american hubby, the FA's were so nice and friendly. But, whenever I flew alone, they were just rude and completely ignored me.
Last straw was Jan 04. Had to stand over an our at the check-in counter. In flight, The man sat next to me fainted because he mixed his heart medication with free alcohol on board. I had a window seat so I asked to be moved to another seat because I didn't want to jump on that man every time I needed to use the lavatory. But they just cut me short saying it was a full flight, which it wasn't, tried to talk to senior FA but he just ignored me. Layover in Taipei, smelly and dirty terminal. I had to fight with their ground staff about my carry-on bag, they said it was too heavy which was ridiculous since I've had it with me from the States. They thought I was with a group of Indonesian house maids departing from Taipei. So, they kept talking in Chinese to me, I had to explained so many times that I don't speak Chinese, I was flying all the way from the States and I am not a house maid. Not that I see myself in different social status than those girls, in fact I felt sorry for them because the staff was just plainly rude, almost sounded like yelling at them. Finally, I went back to the States in Dynasty Class cause I didn't want the rude treatment. Still, the FAs weren't nice at all.
