Pros: Clear accurate highs and lows, and the cost was a great deal.
Cons: Sub could use some extras, and a bit more oomf, but nothing to complain about.
The Bottom Line: A fine starter system. You could pay a lot more for less.

| byronbaker1's Full Review: KLH HTA-4100 Speaker System |
I first looked into this speaker set about a year ago when I was at BestBuy. I was amazed at the sound, but was wary about them sounding good the way they were set up in the store. Some things just always sound better in the store don't they?! This is a very good starter Home Theater speaker system. I've had it about three weeks now and have played movies, games and music through them, and I am very pleased with the sound. The highs are clear and accurate, and lows are deep but not boom. It is a simple system with the center and satellite speakers very small cubes, but they do produce a very good sound. I have them in a small family room and I think that suits the speakers just fine. The sub woofer is a bit small, and I wished it had an automatic shut off, but like I keep saying, it's a nice starter set. It is my first theater sound system, and I'm sure I will purchase another some day, but for now I am very pleased with the KLH speakers. I kind of like the fact that they are small, along with the price I paid which was about $100.00 at BestBuy. I think that they are the only store to sell this particular model.
