christian2270's Full Review: Franklin Covey PlanPlus For Microsoft Outlook Full...
There are some good features in PlanPlus, but I am discouraging other people from purchasing this product. First, I bought PlanPlus from the Franklin Covey website about seven months ago. I could not get the print function to work properly to print planner pages and I was never able to resolve the issue with their technical support. Second, the company did not disclose that the version they were selling on the website would not be compatible with the new version of Outlook that was just about to be released. So, having recently purchased the new Office suite, I was told by Franklin Covey Support that I would have to turn around and buy the new version and that was my only option. All in all, my recent $120 investment is worthless (I'm including printable pages I bought in this figure), and they could only suggest that I spend more money to make it work. Had they only notified me as a consumer that it had a short shelf life or offered a free upgrade within the next x-number of months, it would have been easier to swallow, but their customer service department does not seem to agree.
All in all, it is a mediocre product that has a short shelf-life. Would anyone like some extra printable pages? I won't be needing them as I will look elsewhere to meet my productivity needs in the future.
