| califgirl00's Full Review: Toshiba PDR-M81 Digital Camera |
I bought this camera about 3 years ago. It takes great pictures and has a nice movie mode with sound. The 4.2 megapixles is more than enough!
Since it's been 3 years since I've owned it, I've been wanting to get a smaller camera that would fit into my pocket with ease. However, as I research which camera to upgrade to, I haven't been able to find one that compares to the PDR-M81. For example, the Sony DSC-P10 is nice and small and takes nice pictures, but when you use the movie mode, you cannot use the zoom feature while taking the movie. You can with the PDR-M81. I guess, I was surprised, when trying to find a camera to replace my Toshiba. I found that features I took for granted on my camera, were features that were actually hard to find on other cameras! I still haven't found one that significantly out performs my Toshiba to justify the expense of the upgrade.
