I bought a tire and wheel package for a '92 storm 185/60-14 to put on in the winter. I was pleasantly surprised at how well these tires performed in the wet. Previous tires were firehawks, not all that good on wet and snow. I decided to leave them on the storm and drive in the summer as it is a second car that only gets about 7,000 miles a year. The feel is still responsive and there doesn't seem to be excessive tire wear from the warm temps. Even in the wet I am unable to break the wheels loose while accelerating and turning from a dead stop.
