The Bottom Line: This is now hard to get but it is worth the extra price with shipping to get a hold of some. This is a must have. The smell is divine!

This is simply the best shampoo and conditioner on the planet. This product actually has been better than professional products I have paid over 10.00 per bottle for. I think the quality that stands out the most is the smell. I once heard a rumor it was scented with Armani but that has yet to be validated. When I would walk past someone or get near them they would always ask what perfume I was wearing but it was just my Revlon Outrageous Shampoo. The smell lasts long and is spectacular. Not only was the smell divine it made my hair manageable like no other product I have used. I could blow dry or let it dry naturally and it would still be smooth and have a ton of body. I have used all versions..the Normal Hair, Dry Hair, and the Shampoo/Conditioner Combo. Nothing else has ever made my hair so silky. When I was using this product I had color treated hair and it would soften the damaged areas instantly. I can't say enough about Revlon Outrageous. I wish it was easier to get. When they sold it in the United States it was everywhere..drugstores, department stores, etc. The price was 2.99!!! Now I have to order it from a Canadian drugstore online at 5.00 per bottle plus shipping. It is worth the extra I have to pay to get it here. You can also find it on auction sites as well.
