This machine is good if you are a lightweight, trying to get a little cut to you. This machine advertises it handles up to 1000lbs, but it does not, Even the owners manual said it only handles 500lbs. This machine uses very cheep parts to build. I was using the ankle strap one day to work the back of my legs (leg kickbacks) and as i had my leg fully extended behind me which of course the weights were fully in the air, the ankle strap broke, which led to 45 pounds of weight to fall 4 feet and slam the floor. The cheap cord they provide keeps stretching and laying lanky which requires you to keep adjusting the chains all of the time. I have called the 1-800 number for customer service 6 times and left messages, and have NEVER received a return call.
