MY EXPERIENCE
Well I love coloring my hair. I do it every so often, I've had my black years, I've gone blond but mostly I just want little reddish tint and shine to my brunette look.
So few months ago I went red again and decided to do the right think and buy a shampoo that would keep that color and shine going for little longer. Same time I saw all those TV commercials stating how soft and great your hair will be after using Dove. I got reeled right in to this overpriced product at the time.
After first use I was happy with results. My hair DID feel soft and it DID smell quite nice. I thought I found a keeper. Well not so fast!
Next morning my hair was already ready to be braided for a rastalook, it felt oily and needed a new wash bad. So I washed it again and went on with my day. Same thing next morning except now I looked like sixties schoolboy who spits his hair and combs it on the side. So much for the weightless moisture, I got weight allright, plenty moisture, it looked like there was rat tails hanging from my head.
After returning back to my usual brand TRESemme the problem disappeared and I could go back washing my hair less often.
I have been using it few times later and it does make your hair look good for the day as long as you do not use it all the time. But what is the use to buy a shampoo to protect your color if you can only use it once a week max or the results backfire?
So I think all the moisturising shampoos are OK to use once in a while but to my experience moisturising and colortreating DO NOT go together!

THE BOTTLE
12 fl oz white bottle with light blue fliptop cap.
"nourishing color protection for medium to thick color treated hair" in the front
Back claims to bring just the right amount of their unique Weightless Moisturizers to the center of each hair strand, without weighing it down (what a joke in my case!)
It also claims:
* Protects and enhances color's brilliance, while replenishing essential moisture
* Leaves hair noticeably softer, smoother and more naturally vibrant (I'll second to that for few hours anyway..)

Today cheapest stores froogle came up with are walgreens.com and cvs.com $3.99 a bottle.

SUMMARY
I only give this product one star because I found it quite pricy and it does not keep its promises. If you love the soft feel and don't mind washing your hair constantly this product might be for you but I'd go for the one without color protection.
