Versatility... the strongest feature of Cuisinart!

Pros: It's easy-clean computerized touch pad and improved feed-tube assembly.

Cons: None really, except (same sized) Custom Pro model's better value price.

This Cuisinart Food Processor is by far the most versatile kitchen appliance you can own. You can knead 1 or 2 loaves (of 6 cups white bread flour*) to perfection, in just 40 seconds, in this machine.

*Wheat flour is twice as "DENSE" as white flour, so cut your wheat flour recipes in half (in any food processor). Even still the dough cycle handily kneads heavy whole wheat dough (up to 3 1/2 cups).

Versatility is the strongest feature of a Cuisinart! Make homemade pasta, along with all the sauces... Make tender pie crusts, to rival a pastry chef's... Quick-mix a meatloaf... or grind meat for egg rolls... Buy cheese in bulk and shred your own in seconds, for much less money... Make a Cole Slaw salad, in less time it takes to eat it... Slice foods as hard as carrots... and as fragile as strawberries... with the same blade. Easily mince as little as just one garlic clove... or lots of onions all at once...

I wouldn't choose any other brand of food processor, over a Cuisinart!
