Picky Dalton finally eats
I'm trying to find at least 4 different flavors both of my cats will eat, so they don't have to eat the same dry cat food day after day. Cats need variety in food, just like we do.
When at a local Family Dollar I bought six cans of 3 different flavors of 9 Lives Canned Cat Food for my two fur friends, Ariel and Dalton to try. One of them happen to be 9 Lives Sliced Beef in Gravy Cat Food. Each 5.5 ounce can cost me .29 cents, 9 Lives Sliced Beef in Gravy Cat Food was well worth every penny.
When I got home I opened a can and gave Ariel and Dalton half a can each. 9 Lives Sliced Beef in Gravy Cat Food comes in a pull back lid. You really need to use some muscle to get it pulled completely off, I pull mine half way back. The smell isn't overwhelming, and looks appetizing (I didn't taste it though). Since Beef and Gravy comes in the sliced texture, it came out easily, without the use of a fork and didn't need to be broken up. Another plus, especially for Ariel is it's smothered in gravy.
Ariel as always ate hers right up, no surprise there, she eats any cat food I give her. The surprise came when my usually picky kitten Dalton took a bite and keep on going, eating all he could. To be sure he liked it and just wasn't hungry, I gave them the second can I bought later that night. Again, Dalton ate all of his. I know I will be buying more cans of 9 Lives Sliced Beef in Gravy Cat Food in the future.

Feeding instructions
Feed an adult cat or a 3 lb. kitten one can twice a day. Adjust as needed for your cats age and activity level. I usually feed my two cats half a can each in the morning and half a can each at night, they eat dry food in between. My two cats could use a little less energy at times, they love running through the apartment and playing together. Of course they also like playing with Jordan and sometimes like running away from her.
