Have not had good luck with this company. Employees are friendly but many times don't answer the phone and don't call back. Purchased Vapor Clean II and it did not work when I received it. To return under their 30 day return policy would still have charged me a restocking fee. Sent it back twice before it finally worked but had to mess with it before I had success. I requested refund of shipping since I've spent about $85 but company would only agree to refund $52. Have not received refund yet.

Company did not refund money, BBB contacted but they never responded.  Recently steam would not come out of nozzle instead made large puddles on floor where hose attaches. I used it <10 times.  Opened up part where hose attaches to nozzle and found it to be sliced open almost as if cut but started out as a jagged nick.  This may have been revenge by the repair person.  I took it to a reliable local company for repair.

After doing a lot of on-line research of various steam cleaners, one product appeared to stand-out. The Vapor Clean product line. The order, shipping, and receipt was all very timely. Unfortunately the TR5 I purchased did not clean well at all. I tried to steam clean a recliner, as well as the carpeting in my master bedroom closet. It didn't work well at all. Completely useless for this type of cleaning. Worst of all was returning the product. I spent $499.00 which included free shipping. What I was credited back was $298.65. There is a 15% restocking fee ($74.85) which I can live with, they charged for the free shipping upon return ($34.66) which I was not pleased about, and they charged me $90.84 for 3 cheap plastic brushes and associated cleaning pads that I used (that one really burned my hide). The customer service supervisor would never return my call. All I can say is "buyer beware". I would not recommend dealing with Vapor Clean. Absolutely terrible experience for me.
