I placed my order and it was delivered in less than one week! I liked that I received an order confirmation email as soon as I placed the order. The order tracking feature was a nice feature as well. I did call customer service for specifics on the product and shipping information. I spoke with Polly Whalen in customer service and she was extremely helpful.

Overall, my experience was positive. However, I did feel the delivery speed could have been better. I also experienced some delay when contacting customer service.

After I placed my order, they immediately sent me a confirmation e-mail with all of the appropriate details so that I would have a complete record of the sale. I ordered a poker set as a secret-santa gift at work. It was a last-minute gift idea, so I was down to the wire with my order. I decided to call UnbeatableSale to see if they would be able to ship my order on time... they were able to contact the warehouse (in P.A.).... The warehouse quickly confirmed that they would be able to ship my order promptly. Long story short, the friendly customer service agent helped assure me the gift would arrive in time. Sure enough it did. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful. Product arrived promptly, intact, etc. Would definitely order from UnbeatableSale again in the future.

First, UnbeatableSale, Inc. is true to its name, since the item purchased from them was the cheapest that I could find on the web.  I was very pleased with my experience, as the item was exactly what I was looking for, UnbeatableSale offered the best price, and the shipping was much quicker than most other online stores.

This was my first time shopping with UnbeatableSale, Inc. and I have to say, I truly cannot complain.  I was very pleased with my experience with UnbeatableSale, Inc. and I will definitely shop with them again. 

Everything was great. I couldn't find a better price and delivery was very quick. I liked what I ordered so much that I ordered a second one.

I ordered from them and they promised to deliver in several days. Two weeks later I got my first call from them, actually someone else in my company got a call. They dialed the wrong extension but didn't care and just told that person all about their shipping problems. Luckily he told me and I called back and told them "deliver any time, there is always someone there". Two weeks after that someone else at my company got a call and their customer service person hassled them saying "we're going to charge you double shipment for shipping it there and back!" (Yes this new co-worker had no idea what they were talking about.) 5 weeks in now and the two-day shipment is long forgotten. They've never attempted a delivery but have demonstrated their abysmal customer service to many random people they called.

item received was not the same model as the one advertised. unfortunately, by the time i received my order, the products page no longer existed to prove it. it listed a model number for a BI-DIRECTIONAL cable amp. i even went to the manufacturers website to look at its features. but the model i received, and the one on the invoice was a uni-directional amp.

I chose to purchase a mini-refrigerator priced at $82.34 via Amazon.com. Amazon.com in redirected me to UnbeatableSale.com. It looks like Amazon is becoming more of a portal now a days. The product I ordered was supposed to take 3-8 days to arrive. It actually took 10 days from date order to arrive, and it was badly damaged. The product was shipped without any packaging on the bottom of the unit and I was charged $34.97 for shipping. I refused delivery and contacted customer (NOT) service. After 15 more days I cancelled the order because they could not tell me anything about order except that it was pending shipment. Then guess what, I found the same product for $58.99 on Wal-mart.com and had it shipped to my nearest store for free.

I needed a vacuum meal sealer as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. I found the exact model I was looking for at Unbeatable Sales, and the ordering process was very simple. The delivery came in plenty of time for the holidays.

I shopped around ALL OVER the internet and you guys had the best price. The product came quickly and was exactly as described. My Godmother loved it. Can't beat the price.
