AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! THEIR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DREADFUL!!! First, the hammock stand came in a damaged box with missing pieces.

Second, the stand had a broken part, and I've been waiting several weeks for a replacement. They even had the nerve to ask me to pay extra money for a box so that it could be shipped back to them!

Third, the hammock never came, and their customer service reps never contacted me about where it was or when it might arrive, even when I called and emailed them about it several times. I had to hound them to get any response.

Also, DON'T BELIEVE THEM IF THEY SAY SOMETHING IS "IN STOCK" BECAUSE THEY LIE! My hammock was supposed to be in stock, but after 3 weeks of not receiving it, they finally admitted that they were sold out and had no idea when or if they would get any more.

So now it's been 2 months at least, and I still don't have a complete hammock/stand set. I wish I never ordered from them. What a hassle!

Awful experience! Do not do business with this company! They have no customer service, they lie when you have a problem and never EVER get back to you. I've ordered tons of stuff off of the internet and my experience with hammocks.com was by far the worst I've ever had. Empty promises, broken parts a complete waste of time and money.

After more than a dozen telephone calls in the past month to Hammocks.com – each time the customer service representative promising resolution within 48 hours – I’m still waiting for return shipping and credit for a defective hammock stand. I would NOT recommend doing business with Hammocks.com due to incompetent customer service representatives and poor quality merchandise. Avoid a big headache and just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I recently ordered a Nicaraguan hammock at this store. When I called customer service to inquire about the product, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They were even able to give me tips on hanging my hammock and taking care of it. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new backyard purchase.

Worst shopping experience ever.

I purchased a hammock on Jan 29th for an event the following week. To ensure that it arrives on time I had it sent to me on 3 day shipping. On Feb 4th, a couple days after not receiving my order, I called to get my order status update. I was informed the order had already shipped and for that reason, I could not cancel the order.

On Feb 9th I called again to complain about both the delay in the order and the false statement I got in my previous call. I was informed by the customer service rep. that I will get a full reimbursement.

On Feb 13, I get an email form them to confirm my order just shipped.

On Feb 18th I received the hammock after calling to cancel my order twice!

I am currently in the process of sending the hammock back...

I ordered a birthday gift from Hammocks.com and have to say it was a great choice! The hammock was delievered a day early,the price was the lower than other sites I shopped at, it came with a gift message in the box and my sister loved it!! I would definitely shop there again!

I needed an anniversary gift for my cousin's 25th wedding anniversary. I called and spoke to a customer service rep, and was astonished at how knowledgeable they were!

They asked questions to help me determine which hammock would best fit in the space they had available. The hammock arrived earlier than they stated it would, and was a big hit at the part.

I bought a hammock and a stand from Hammocks.com and love it. I ordered my hammock over the phone from a very friendly salesperson that was extremely helpful. These people really know their hammocks.

I just ordered a pillow. It came within the week. It was kind of oddly packed, in a reused box with packing tape over every inch of it, and the pillow itself was placed loose inside a trash bag. The pillow had some fuzzy things clinging to its canvas cover, was not factory sealed in a plastic bag or anything. It seemed new though. No problems with my order and I like the item. Just weird, like it came from someone selling something secondhand, not from a store.
