Received my order sooner than expected, and the quality was exceptional! The only possible negative about my experience is that they have so much to choose from! I send an email asking to help me find what I was looking for: my email was answered...

Service is very disappointing with this company. First, it was difficult to place my customized order. I would log into my account, "save" my order/work so that I could purchase and personalize other items, and when I came back only part of what I had saved was actually saved, SO I would have to do what I just did over again. I spent just too long to place my order. Second, OVER one month later I haven't received my order. Third, it's taking almost two weeks to find out the status of my order. They kept e-mailing me saying they appreciate my patience and are working with their vendor to improve their processes.....(update) 12 days after my initial inquiry e-mail I find out my order was never processed. I received a 15% discount and my order will arrive in 7 days.

After drafting my invitation, and e-mailing it to others to see, I submitted it on-line. Minutes later, I received a courteous phone call clarifying the details of the print, and suggesting a few style changes - all of which were readily accepted by me. My order arrived early and the quality was exceptional. I will definitely use them again.

The store had good selection, but the products were the same that I could find in the offline stores. Their pesonalization tool is very helpful. I found the quality of the service and the pricing to be very unsatisfactory. Delivery took about 3 weeks and the final order was somewhat disappointing to me.

Would not recommend.
