I have recently ordered an item I searched for very hard, Found it at very competitive price. After placing my order  I was contacted by a friendly representative stating that the item I ordered has been back ordered and was a bit delayed. I was asked If I would like to wait or to cancel my order. I told her I want to wait since I could not find it anywhere. In 3 days I was contacted that they are already shipping it out. I received e-mail notification with tracking info. The very next day I received it at my door. Customer Service has been very informative and kept me up to date all along.

Would never shop here again!!! It has been 3 weeks and I still havent received the order that I was told would ship within 48 hours. This site has all the look that it might be legit, but they clearly are scammers and horrible business people. They have a section on their website that says they do not back order and they will not sell items that are not in stock...So why the 3 times I called was I told different dates for when my product would arrive to them and then different dates on when it would ship out. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I could have paid more and then some but had my product in my hand. As for now, when I talk to these people they are eager to get me off the phone and say whatever it takes to try to appease me and try not to give me a refund. One more day and I'm calling my credit card company because this is appauling. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

I would suggest to NEVER order anything from this store.  I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not shipped.  I have called numerous times to check status.  Only twice did I speak to a live person to see why it hadn't shipped and he could only tell me that he would have to check into it and call me back. Still waiting for that call back...it has been over a week now.  When I call the so-called store now, no one answers the phone at any of the extensions.   I have left messages on some voicemail boxes (still no call back) & some of the vm boxes are full, so you can't leave a message.  I have now contacted the credit card company and told them to not pay these people.  Absolutely disappointed with the customer service here and would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use them again. 

Ordered a cupcke stand for daughter's 2nd birthday TWO WEEKS in advance.  NEVER shipped! NEVER arrived! WASTE of TIME & MONEY! I could have ordered it from another company & received on time. Since cupcakes were the theme, this nearly RUINED 2ND BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!

I am having a horrible time with TableandHome.com.  I waited 2 months for my dishes.  They arrived 10 days ago in pieces.  They were packed in only cardboard - no bubble wrap.  The box was not marked fragile.  Now I can't get anyone to call me back.  The girl I was dealing with --I found out today is no longer with the company.  Then I found the same dishes (Noritake Colorwave in Suede) $86.00 cheaper on the Bed Bath and Beyond site.  I will NEVER order from them again.  I would give them zero stars - Nada. None.

Extremely shady!!!  I have been owed a refund of almost $1200 for three months.  They are a very questionable company, they have had many complaints against them on ebay. Be careful!

Ordered a Russ Berry button doll.  Arrived in a box doubled over in a carton far too small for the doll, so horrible packaging & presentation!  I called to complain, and the rep basically said they'd never had any problem with it before.  I responded by asking to return it for a full refund. After a week, heard back from her.  Long story short, I spoke with the company owner, then back to the customer service rep, and after many emails and 3 weeks of aggravation, I FINALLY got a 25% discount credited to my credit card.  Never in all my 15+ years shopping the web have I had such poor customer service, and I would never shop there again, and certainly would never recommend them to anyone I like!

I had a very bad experience with this company. When you call, you get an answering machine message that says it is their corporate office. I doubt that because when I did finally reach them, they answered "hello." They moved their warehouse and didn't send out my order as they were too busy with their move. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I ordered a hard-to-find stuffed animal from Table and Home, and I was really pleased with the price and speed of delivery on this item. In all the holiday rush, I expected the delivery to take a bit (went the cheap USPS route), but they had it out their door and on its way within 24 hours (probably more like 8 hours). Shipping cost was really reasonable too. The quality of the item is great. I'll definitely return to this online vendor for future purchases.

Ordered slippers as a gift for my daughter. It was easy to order, there were a lot of animal slippers to choose from (I chose the Orca whale slippers), the price was discounted, the package got there fast and she like the present! Smooth transaction.

Web does not support worldwide shipping, and I could not find any such info during browsing, so a lot of time wasted browsing and adding items to basket.
