Customer service stinks. They wouldn't replace $10 worth of stainless steel flatware - that was stamped with their name/brand - that rusted. The guy in charge said that's what happens when metal gets wet!

Ace Mart Restaurant Supply exclusively uses UPS. The worst shipping company in my part of America. Since shipping and receiving is 80% of an on-line order, that makes a pleasant telephone demeanor and order tracking a very insignificant part of customer service and satisfaction.
