Pros: (DAV311) Nice improvements over the problems reported with the DAV310.
Cons: (DAV311) Improvements are generally software-based and therefore the hardware issues still exist.

Pros: Versatile, Easy To Use, Good Quality
Cons: Battery Life seems to be short.
I have had my DAV311 for about a week now. I use it to play music at work and home. Quality is great, I love the Remote control. I love the VCD functionality.
