AHA... no wonder she didn't tell us :) Only select people got it (WTH?) and it's a "one time use only" so if they share it, they can't use it... they all got a different code. Here's a picture of one of the emails... looks JUST like what I got but without that red banner on the top with the code offer! Darn it! That ticks me off b/c I shop at Sephora.com often and they can't even send that to everyone? FINE THEN! Harumph!

This is really annoying, because I shop at Sephora.com AND Sephora brick and mortar often - and I didn't get an email with a code either. Looks like I need to order from Gloss.com instead of Sephora.com for a while! Maybe they sent it to people that they want to order more often? This seems pretty unfair to me. |

I agree! And they just sucked all of us into signing up for their, ahem, "exclusive" little website club for all these cool offers, etc. and they can't even send us that email? WHAT-EVERRRRRr *rolling eyes* It seems that some people got the email with the 15% off code, some got an email with a free shipping code and the rest of us... well... we got screwed! :( |

Hmmm. I don't even think I got ANY email from them. I may have and may have tossed it and will never know if I was a chosen one. I am a beauty insider there and if I can't have 15% off, I really will go elsewhere. Gloss.com is good and there are others. I will downrate my review of the site to 1 star too. How do you like THAT, Sephora? :-P |

I got a stooooooopid email from Sephora the other day offering me a free "birthday treat" for my birthday (which is in July). If I place an order, I can get a free 1 oz. Bliss Body Butter sample. I still have to place an order and I can't get it in the store. So it's like getting 4 samples instead of the normal 3. Big deal. |

I got that too and uh, for a while whenever I'd add things to my cart on the site that freebie would show up in my cart. Last night I was adding stuff to my cart and the stupid thing isn't there anymore and I can't figure out how to get it back in there so.... evidently there's some catch to it and now I guess I won't even GET the darn thing. Ugh! |
